My Story
Thanks so much for visiting my website! I have been selling Scentsy for over 10 years. I LOVE the company and the products!
I became a consultant in the summer of 2010. I was introduced to the products earlier in the year, when my sister, Kelly, gave me a warmer and several scents for Mother’s Day. I had more exposure to the products (and to the effects they have on people!) when Kelly and a friend (Teresa, who was my first sponsor) had an open house at my home. My first favorite bar was Just Peachy Ginger (I keep crossing my fingers that it will come back as a Bring Back my Bar, so I can add it to my Scentsy Club subscription)!
Around the time of the open house, I had been contemplating ways to earn extra money. In the spring of 2010, my husband and I committed ourselves to a Dave Ramsey “Total Money Makeover.” Second jobs were pretty much out of the question, because we are both in professions that sometimes require us to be available at times beyond a “regular” work-week. More importantly, we have a son, and it’s important for us to have quality time together as a family (and time for homework!). Scentsy seemed like the perfect solution! I can earn extra money by selling products that I really like, on a schedule that I create myself. What could be better?!?
Scentsy helped my family move more quickly through the “Total Money Makeover” steps. The extra money that I earned helped us pay off a car, pay off several credit cards, and build an emergency fund of at least three month’s salary. It also helped us reach the huge goal of paying off our house!
I have earned two fantastic incentive trips. I was able to take my family on a fabulous Disneyworld vacation. And, more recently, I was able to take one of my BFFs on a Caribbean Cruise. Both were definitely memory makers!! Thanks so much to all of my customers and teammates who helped me earn the trips!!
